Yaocom Fiberglass Tent Poles Replacement — 20 ft (9.5 mm) Universal 8‑Piece Collapsible Kit, Lightweight & Shock‑Corded

Yaocom 1 Pcs Fiberglass Tent Poles Replacement is an 8-piece collapsible fiberglass pole set that assembles to about 20 ft and provides a lightweight, flexible frame for many tent models.

This replacement pole kit from Yaocom is built from fiberglass with a high-elastic internal cord so each section folds down for compact transport and snaps together quickly for setup. Designed as a universal repair or upgrade option, the poles measure roughly 0.37 inches (9.5 mm) in external diameter and extend to about 20 feet when fully joined. The silver and black finish keeps the look neutral while the material prioritizes a balance of light weight and structural resilience for camping, hiking and travel shelters.

How do these poles make tent setup faster and easier?

The Yaocom poles arrive pre-assembled with an internal shock cord that keeps segments together and aligned, cutting down the time spent sorting parts. Their folding design reduces tangle and lets you extend and lock sections in seconds, so you spend less time fussing and more time on your trip. These poles suit field repairs and routine replacements alike.

• Pre-assembled segments with shock cord for quick deployment
• Folding design minimizes tangling and lost pieces
• Universal fit for many dome and tunnel tents
• Lightweight construction speeds assembly without excess bulk

Are these poles durable enough for regular outdoor use?

Fiberglass provides a flexible backbone that bends under load instead of breaking suddenly, which helps the poles absorb wind and stress. While not as stiff as some aluminum alternatives, the combination of fiberglass and high-elastic rope delivers dependable performance for most recreational camping needs. Regular inspection of joints and ends will keep them working season after season.

• Fiberglass sections resist repeated bending and flexing
• Elastic internal cord holds segments tightly together
• Suitable for fair to moderate weather conditions
• Replaceable and compatible with many tent designs

Will these replacement poles fit my tent model?

These poles are marketed as universal replacements, so they work with many common tents that accept 9.5 mm (0.37 in) pole diameters and require roughly 20 ft of total length. To confirm compatibility, measure your tent sleeve, grommet, or shock-cord pocket diameter and compare the assembled length to your tent’s pole channels. If your tent uses thicker or tapered poles, verify the ends and connection style before purchase.

• 0.37 inch (9.5 mm) external diameter per section
• Approximately 20 ft total assembled length
• Best for tents with straight sleeve or grommet pole systems
• Check end fittings and diameter for exact match

How should I care for and store the fiberglass poles?

Rinse poles with fresh water if exposed to salt, dirt, or mud, and dry completely before storing to prevent corrosion of any metal end caps and to keep the cord from mildewing. Store folded in a dry, shaded place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fiberglass resin and elastic cord. Replace frayed cord or damaged tips promptly to maintain safe operation.

• Rinse and dry after dirty or salty conditions
• Keep folded in a cool, dry location away from UV exposure
• Inspect joints, tips, and cord before each trip
• Replace individual sections or cord if worn
