Yes4All Cast Iron Ruck Weight Plates 4.54 kg Pair — Black-coated, Rounded Edges & Handles

Yes4All Cast Iron Ruck Weight Plates are a pair of rounded, black-coated 10 lb weights designed to sit comfortably inside backpacks for rucking, hiking, and weighted walks.

These cast iron ruck weights give you a simple way to add consistent, secure load to your pack without bulky gear or improvised solutions. Finished in a protective black coating and shaped with rounded edges and wide handling grips, each 10 lb plate balances durability with backpack-friendly geometry so you can train outdoors or commute with added resistance.

How are these weights built to withstand outdoor use?

The plates are forged from cast iron and finished with a black coating that resists surface wear and corrosion from repeated exposure. The construction prioritizes long-term structural integrity so they keep shape and function after many hikes or training sessions.

• Cast iron core for strength and longevity
• Black-coated finish reduces rust and scuff visibility
• Consistent manufacturing tolerances for matched pairs

How do the shape and handles make packing easier?

Each ruck weight has wide, ergonomic handles and four rounded edges to ease insertion, removal, and repositioning inside a backpack compartment. The textured grip surface on the handles helps when transporting plates in hand or loading them into a tight laptop pocket.

• Wide dual handles for quick, secure grabs
• Textured grip reduces slipping during loading
• Rounded edges protect bag lining and nearby gear

What weight options are available and how do I choose?

Yes4All offers these ruck plates in multiple increments so you can scale load according to fitness level or training goals. Choose a lighter pair to begin and combine plates or step up gradually to heavier options as endurance and strength improve.

• Available sizes: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45 lb
• Sold individually or as matched pairs/sets for progressive loading
• Mix sizes to achieve custom total weight in your pack

Will these weights fit my backpack and protect it?

The compact, flat profile with curved edges allows the plates to nest inside most standard laptop or gear compartments without sharp corners. Rounded edges and a smooth finish reduce abrasion to fabric and help keep interior pockets intact with repeated use.

• Low-profile shape fits common laptop sleeves and cargo pockets
• Curved corners minimize rubbing and tearing on bag interiors
• Dense iron mass delivers weight without excessive bulk

Who is this for: These Yes4All ruck weight plates are ideal for hikers, military-style ruckers, outdoor fitness enthusiasts, and anyone wanting a simple, reliable way to add weighted resistance to walking or backpacking. They work well for beginners through advanced trainees because of the multiple weight options and rugged build—perfect for adding progressive load to daily walks, trail hikes, or conditioning routes without needing specialized gear.
