ZELUS 7.26 kg Desert Camo Weighted Vest — Adjustable Neoprene Training Vest with Pockets & Reflective Strips

The ZELUS 16 lb Desert Camo Weighted Vest is an adjustable, durable training vest that adds resistance to running, strength training, and circuit workouts while protecting valuables with built-in pockets.

Upgrade bodyweight sessions and cardio with a vest designed for everyday training. Built from heavy-duty neoprene rubber fabric and filled with iron sand for stable load, the ZELUS weight vest blends comfort, durability, and practical storage so athletes can train hands-free. Reflective accents increase visibility for outdoor runs and adjustable straps let you tailor fit across a wide range of body shapes.

How does the vest stay comfortable during long workouts?

The ZELUS vest focuses on comfort through cushioned shoulder straps and soft, non-chafing materials that allow full range of motion. Its design minimizes hotspots and keeps the load hugging your torso rather than bouncing.

• Cushioned shoulder padding reduces pressure on shoulders during movement
• Soft neoprene fabric prevents rubbing and adds breathability
• Adjustable elastic straps secure the vest close to the body for less bounce

What safety and visibility features are built in?

Safety is addressed with reflective strips for low-light training and even weight distribution to reduce imbalance. The iron-sand filling is arranged to create a stable center of gravity during dynamic exercises.

• Reflective strips improve visibility for dawn or dusk runs
• Evenly distributed iron sand lowers the risk of awkward shifts
• Durable double-stitching prevents premature wear at stress points

Can I carry my essentials while I train?

Yes—ZELUS includes both front detachable zipper pockets and a rear elastic-mesh pocket so you can securely stow a phone, keys, or energy gels without needing a separate bag.

• Two front detachable zipper pockets keep valuables secure and accessible
• Rear elastic-mesh pocket adds quick-access storage for small items
• Pockets are positioned to avoid interfering with lifts or stride

Which workouts benefit most from this weighted vest?

The vest is suitable for a wide variety of training styles where added resistance enhances results: from walk-and-run sessions to bodyweight progressions, circuit classes, and conditioning drills. Its adjustability makes it a versatile tool for incremental progression.

• Cardio: running, hiking, and interval training to elevate intensity
• Strength: bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats
• Conditioning: circuit training and sport-specific drills for added load
