3DActive 3DFitBud A420S pedometer - Pink clip & lanyard, 3D tri-axis sensor, large display

The 3DActive 3DFitBud A420S is a no-frills, ready-to-wear pedometer that accurately counts steps using a 3D tri-axis sensor and displays them on an extra-large screen.

The 3DFitBud Simple Step Counter is built for people who want a straightforward way to track daily walking activity without apps, Bluetooth, or complicated setup. It arrives with a pre-installed battery, a clip and lanyard for versatile wearing, and a single-button operation so you can start counting steps within seconds. The design prioritizes legibility and reliability: a large digital display plus a tri-axis sensor that reads steps from multiple positions.

How accurate is this pedometer when clipped or in a pocket?

The 3DFitBud uses a 3D tri-axis accelerometer designed to detect motion from any orientation, improving step detection whether clipped to clothing or carried in a pocket. It minimizes missed steps that single-axis models often register incorrectly.

• 3D tri-axis sensor for multi-angle detection
• Works clipped to belt, pocket, or worn on the lanyard
• Calibrated for walking pace rather than complex activity metrics
• Auto sleep/wake conserves battery when stationary

What makes it so easy to use for kids and seniors?

This pedometer intentionally keeps features to a minimum—steps only, one-button operation, and a bold numeric readout—so anyone can use it immediately without reading long manuals. The included clip and lanyard add wearing flexibility for different abilities and clothing styles.

• Large, high-contrast display for quick reading
• Single back button to start/reset, no pairing or app setup
• Lightweight and durable for everyday wear
• Pre-installed battery lasts up to 12 months under typical use

How long does the battery last and how does power management work?

The unit comes with a pre-installed battery designed for extended life so you can use it right away. Power-saving behavior includes automatic sleep when still and instant wake on motion, helping the battery last up to a year depending on activity levels.

• Pre-installed battery—ready to use out of the box
• Auto sleep when inactive and auto wake with movement
• Simple battery replacement when needed—no complex charging
• Low-power electronics optimized for day-to-day step counting

Can this pedometer handle daily life and different wearing styles?

Yes—the 3DFitBud is made for everyday carry: clip it to a belt or pocket, wear it on the included lanyard, or tuck it into a bag. The tri-axis sensor ensures consistent counting regardless of how the device is oriented during walking.

• Clip for hips or clothing, lanyard for neck wearing
• Small, lightweight profile fits pockets without bulk
• Durable casing suited for commuting, errands, and leisure walks
• Clear numerical display for quick on-the-go checks
