Will this basket fit my child’s handlebars and how is it attached?

• Hook spacing: 3 1/8" (8 cm) for standard kid bike compatibility.
• Removable mount: lifts off easily for carrying or storage.
• Swing-up handle: doubles as a carrying grip when off the bike.

What materials and finish does the basket use, and how durable is it?

The basket is made from woven wire with a plastic coating for weather resistance and a smoother finish. That coating helps prevent rust and shields paintwork on the bike from wear where the basket contacts the handlebars.

• Material: finely woven wire with plastic coating for durability and low maintenance.
• Color: solid black for a clean, versatile look that fits many bike styles.
• Designed for kids: lightweight construction keeps weight low while holding everyday items.

How does the basket perform in everyday use and care?

This small BIRIA basket is built for frequent use and simple upkeep. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth; the plastic-coated surface resists staining and dries quickly.

• Care: easy wipe-down cleaning—no special products required.
• Practicality: quick on/off removal makes it convenient for errands and playdates.
• Appearance: black finish conceals scuffs and coordinates with many bike colors.
