CAP Double D Cable Handle – Black Rubber Grips, Solid-Steel Cable Row & Lat Pulldown Attachment

The CAP Black Double D Handle with Rubber Grips is a solid-steel cable attachment that delivers a comfortable, non-slip grip for rows, lat pulls, and triceps work on standard cable machines.

If you want a compact, reliable handle that fits most home and commercial cable systems, this Double D design from CAP offers a durable powder-coated frame and textured rubber grips for control and comfort. It’s sized to mount on typical pins and carabiners and built to withstand regular use without taking up much space on your rig.

How does this handle improve grip and comfort during heavy sets?

The CAP Double D pairs textured rubber sleeves with an ergonomic profile to reduce slipping and hand fatigue. The grips cushion your palms while still providing tactile control when performing pulling and pressing movements.

• Textured rubber for secure, non-slip handling during sweat-prone sessions
• Ergonomic diameter that balances comfort and control
• Reduces need for chalk or straps on most lifts

Will this attachment fit my cable machine or home gym?

This attachment is designed for broad compatibility: the center mounting hole accepts standard 0.5 inch pins and carabiners used on most pulley systems. Its compact footprint keeps movement natural on single- and dual-pulley setups.

• Center mounting hole ~0.5 inch to match common carabiners and pins
• Compact dimensions (approx 7.1" wide x 6.3" deep x 5.1" high)
• Works on lat pulldowns, low rows, and single-cable stations

What exercises can I do with a double D cable handle?

The double D shape is versatile for horizontal and vertical pulls and for arm-specific movements. It allows a neutral or close grip that emphasizes the mid-back, lats, and triceps with controlled range of motion.

• Seated rows and supported rows for mid-back development
• Lat pulldowns with a close/narrow grip for lat emphasis
• Triceps pushdowns and single-arm cable pulls for isolation work

How does the construction affect durability and maintenance?

Built from solid steel with a black powder finish, this handle resists corrosion and abrasion typical in busy gyms. The metal core provides structural integrity while the coating and rubber grips simplify cleaning and prolong service life.

• Solid-steel frame offers long-lasting strength under repeated loads
• Powder-coated black surface resists rust and wear from regular use
• Rubber grips are easy to wipe clean and maintain grip quality

Who is this for: The CAP Black Double D Handle is intended for committed lifters and gym owners who need a compact, durable cable attachment that fits standard hardware. It’s a practical choice for home gyms, personal trainers, and commercial facilities seeking a reliable handle for rows, lat pulldowns, triceps work, and other upper-body cable movements.
