CAP Elite Foldable Weight Bench – Adjustable Home Strength Bench, 8 Back Positions, 363 kg Capacity

The CAP Elite Foldable Weight Bench is a heavy-duty, space-saving adjustable bench with eight back positions, three seat settings, and an 800 lb load capacity for versatile home strength training.

Designed to be the more adjustable option in CAP’s bench lineup, the Elite Foldable model gives you a wide range of incline, decline and flat angles while remaining easy to store. Built from robust cold-rolled steel and finished with two-inch padding, it balances durability, comfort and compact convenience so you can perform presses, rows, curls and core work at home without a commercial footprint.

How does the bench handle different exercises and angles?

The bench offers 23 distinct adjustment combinations through eight backrest positions and three seat settings, letting you dial in incline, flat and decline positions for a full variety of dumbbell and bodyweight movements. Those angle options make it practical for chest, shoulder, arm and abdominal exercises.

• Eight backrest settings cover steep to close-to-flat inclines.
• Three seat positions improve stability on steeper angles.
• Adjustments support presses, rows, flyes, curls and core moves.

Will the bench support heavy lifting safely?

Yes — the Elite Foldable is engineered for heavy use with thick steel tubing rated to an 800 lb maximum capacity, giving you a sturdy base for challenging dumbbell and barbell work. Locking pop pins and a built-in leg stabilizer add security during loaded lifts and dynamic movements.

• 800 lb maximum rated capacity for robust free-weight training.
• Locking pop pins hold chosen angles firmly during sets.
• Leg stabilizer reduces wobble for safer pressing and rowing.

How comfortable and durable is the padding and frame?

CAP fitted the Elite with two-inch padding on both the backrest and seat to deliver firmer, long-lasting support through long sets and heavier loads. The frame uses cold-rolled steel tubing and reinforced weld points to resist flex and maintain alignment over repeated use.

• 2-inch seat and backrest padding for sustained comfort and support.
• Double-stitched, boxed padding edges to resist tearing and wear.
• Cold-rolled steel frame for long-term structural stability.

How easy is it to store and adjust between workouts?

The Elite Foldable bench is built to fold compactly for small spaces and apartments, with quick-change pop pins that make angle and seat swaps fast. After training the frame collapses for easy storage against a wall, under a bed or in a closet, helping you reclaim floor space without sacrificing functionality.

• Folds down for compact storage in limited spaces.
• Quick, secure pop-pin adjustments speed transitions between sets.
• Lightweight footprint while still retaining heavy-duty capacity.

Who is this for: The CAP Elite Foldable Weight Bench is best for home lifters who want commercial-style adjustability and heavy-duty capacity without a permanent large frame. It suits beginners building a free-weight routine, experienced lifters needing stable support for heavy dumbbells or barbell work, and apartment or garage gym owners who must save space but still demand strong, reliable equipment.
