CoolerPak 4.54 kg Refillable Ice Pack — Stainless Snaps, Roll-Up Durable 600D TPU Leakproof Cold for Days

Designed for outdoor gear, coolers, cold plunges, and emergency use, this 10-pound CoolerPak combines a heavy-duty 600D TPU shell with rust-resistant stainless snaps so you can connect packs, attach them to cooler walls, or store them flat. It accepts potable drinking water, meets FDA and Prop 65 standards, and drains for compact storage when not in use.

How long will the CoolerPak stay cold?

Frozen solid, the CoolerPak holds thermal mass well and releases cold slowly thanks to its 10 lb water capacity and thick TPU outer shell. Actual duration depends on ambient temperature, cooler insulation, and how often the cooler is opened.

• Freeze up to 48 hours for best results before initial use.
• Use multiple packs and snap them together to extend cooling time.
• Avoid direct sun exposure inside an uninsulated environment to prevent rapid thawing.

Is it safe to fill with drinking water and reuse?

Yes—CoolerPak is certified for potable water use and complies with FDA and Prop 65 requirements, so you can freeze drinking water in the pack and consume it after thawing. Rinse before first use and empty, dry, and store securely between uses.

• Fill with clean tap or filtered water for safe drinking when thawed.
• Drain through the zip or valve to dry and prevent odors or bacteria buildup.
• Do not microwave or expose to high heat; designed only for freezing.

How do the stainless snaps and roll-up design help in real situations?

The rust-resistant stainless snaps let you link packs to cover larger coolers or secure packs to cooler walls, saving interior space. When not in use, the pack drains and rolls up to a compact size for easy storage in backpacks or gear bins.

• Snap multiple CoolerPaks together to create larger cooling surfaces.
• Attach packs to cooler walls to free up space for food and drink.
• Roll or fold drained packs to minimize storage volume and weight.

What materials and features make it durable for outdoors?

Constructed from robust 600D TPU fabric, the CoolerPak resists punctures and flexes in cold conditions while maintaining a leakproof barrier. The hardware and seams are designed to withstand repeated use in camping, fishing, or travel scenarios.

• 600D TPU exterior resists abrasion and flex damage.
• Reinforced seams and leakproof construction for repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
• Stainless snaps resist rust from saltwater or humid conditions.

Who is this for? The CoolerPak 10lb refillable ice pack is meant for outdoor enthusiasts, anglers, tailgaters, cold-plunge users, and anyone who needs a reusable, food-safe cooling solution that packs flat when empty. If you want a heavy-duty, potable-water-capable cold pack that snaps together to cover large coolers and stores compactly, this CoolerPak is built for that purpose.
