Cuda Powersports Boat Trailer Bunk Carpet 12" x 12.2 m Black — Marine-Grade, UV-Resistant Heavy-Duty Pile

Cuda Powersports 12-inch by 40-foot marine-grade bunk carpet is a heavy-duty black trailer runner cover engineered to protect boat hulls and extend trailer wear life.

This premium boat trailer carpet is made for bunk boards, lift runners and trailer rollers, combining a thicker pile, reinforced backing and UV-resistant fibers for long-term outdoor performance. Sold in a 40-foot roll at 12 inches wide, it’s sized to fit most bunk arrangements and designed to resist moisture and abrasion commonly encountered in marine environments. The product includes a performance promise and charitable benefit, and it’s intended for straightforward installation with adhesive and/or staples.

What makes this carpet suitable for marine use?

The material features a denser pile and a strong backing that minimize wear on both the carpet and the boat’s bottom. UV inhibitors help the fibers retain strength and color when exposed to sun and salt, while water-resistant construction reduces freeze/thaw and rot risk.

• Marine-grade fibers with UV protection for prolonged outdoor exposure
• Thicker pile height to cushion hull contact and reduce scuffs
• Durable backing that resists moisture penetration and delamination
• Black color masks stains and blends with most trailers

How do I install the 12" x 40ft bunk carpet on my trailer?

Installation is flexible: glue and staple is recommended for the most secure fit, but stapling alone often suffices for many trailers. Prep the bunk boards by cleaning and drying them, then lay the carpet, trim to fit, apply marine adhesive where recommended, and finish by stapling along the edges for a snug hold.

• Clean and dry bunk surfaces before applying carpet
• Use marine-grade adhesive plus staples for best longevity
• Trim excess with a utility knife for a neat edge
• Follow Cuda Powersports’ install tips for optimal results

How long will this carpet last and what warranty or assurances are provided?

Cuda Powersports specifies a long life expectancy under normal marine conditions thanks to the premium materials and UV treatment. The product comes with a 10-year performance design life and a customer assurance that includes two free repair patches should the carpet rip; shipping for patches may incur a fee.

• Engineered for extended service life compared with standard OEM carpet
• 10-year performance design based on materials and construction
• Two free repair patches provided if tearing occurs
• Customer guidance available for installation and maintenance

Does buying this carpet support any causes or community programs?

Yes — a portion of sales supports organizations including Wounded Warrior and the American Cancer Society. Purchasing this carpet contributes to those charities while equipping your trailer with a durable, marine-rated runner covering.

• Sales help fund Wounded Warrior programs
• Portion of proceeds benefits the American Cancer Society
• Combines product purchase with charitable giving
