Easton ALPHA fastpitch softball batting helmet — Medium/Large Purple with integrated facemask, lightweight protection

This Easton ALPHA Medium/Large batting helmet in purple pairs a contoured shell with a secure softball facemask to balance impact resistance, visibility, and comfort for hitters who need reliable head protection. Built for fastpitch play, the helmet blends durable materials and a performance-minded fit so you can step to the plate with confidence.

How does the ALPHA helmet protect while keeping sightlines open?

The ALPHA uses a molded outer shell and a dedicated softball facemask positioned to reduce facial impact without blocking the batter's field of view. The facemask attaches to the helmet at engineered anchor points that optimize strength while keeping bars low-profile for sightlines.

• Molded outer shell disperses impact energy across the helmet surface
• Softball facemask designed for lower-profile bars and minimal obstruction
• Strategic attachment points maintain mask stability under impact
• Open cheek and eye area for unobstructed vision of the pitch

What fit and comfort features does the Medium/Large size include?

The Medium/Large ALPHA accommodates a wide range of adult and youth fastpitch players with internal padding and an ergonomic shell shape. Padding placement reduces pressure points and helps keep the helmet stable during swings and quick head movements.

• Medium/Large shell size fits most adult and taller teen players
• Internal foam pads provide cushioning and a more secure fit
• Lightweight construction minimizes neck strain during long innings
• Ventilation channels in the shell help reduce heat buildup

Is the helmet durable and easy to care for after regular use?

Constructed from impact-resistant shell materials and a robust facemask, the ALPHA stands up to routine fastpitch use and repeated impacts. Surfaces are easy to wipe clean after practice or games; replaceable interior padding extends the helmet's usable life.

• Impact-resistant shell built for repeated game-play stresses
• Facemask hardware is corrosion-resistant for outdoor play
• Wipe-clean exterior and removable padding for hygiene upkeep
• Packaged dimensions and weight make storage and transport straightforward
