Flowort Jump Rope Mat 48x36 in (5mm) – 3-Layer Shock-Absorbing, Noise-Reducing Exercise Mat

Flowort Jump Rope Mat (48" x 36", 5mm) is a three-layer, lightweight exercise mat designed to protect floors and reduce noise while extending mat life for skipping and multi-sport use.

This mat combines a wear-resistant jersey top, a responsive rubber core, and a grippy patterned base into a compact oval surface sized for home and outdoor workouts. Designed to be portable yet robust, it addresses common issues with traditional rubber mats—premature wear, noise, slipping—and adds versatility so the same mat works for jump rope, yoga, kids' play, pet areas, and equipment placement.

How does this mat protect floors and nearby surfaces?

The Flowort mat's 5mm rubber middle layer cushions impacts and disperses force from jump rope landings, lowering the risk of scuffs and indentations on wood, tile, and vinyl floors. The top jersey layer shields the rubber from abrasion and friction, while the textured underside prevents unwanted movement.

• 5mm rubber core absorbs shock from repeated impacts
• Jersey fabric top resists tearing and friction from ropes
• Bottom tire-pattern grip reduces slippage during fast footwork
• Oval 48"x36" shape protects a targeted workout area without covering the whole room

Will it reduce noise and make jumping quieter?

Yes—multilayer construction reduces impact sound compared to single-layer rubber mats. The top fabric and rubber layer combine to muffle high-frequency sounds from rope strike and foot contact, making it friendlier for home use and shared spaces.

• Jersey top layer dampens rope snap noise
• Rubber core softens footfall impact sounds
• Thicker 5mm profile balances quieter performance with stability

How portable and durable is the Flowort mat for daily training?

Although reinforced for longevity, the mat remains lightweight and rolls up for easy transport or storage. The added jersey layer extends wear life without substantially increasing weight, so you can move it between home, park, or gym without hassle.

• Light enough to roll and carry, suitable for outdoor sessions
• Jersey fabric extends usable life versus plain rubber mats
• Three-layer build combines resilience with flexibility for repeated use

What other uses can this mat handle besides jump rope?

Flowort designed this mat as a multipurpose padded surface: it serves well for bodyweight workouts, yoga, protecting small equipment, kids' play areas, and pet spaces. Its size and quieting properties make it a convenient, all-season mat for many activities.

• Suitable as an equipment mat under small machines or weights
• Comfortable surface for yoga and stretching routines
• Durable enough for children’s play and pet lounging areas
• Rolls for easy storage or transport to outdoor locations
