How much weight can this rack hold and what dumbbells fit best?

The rack is built from heavy-gauge steel with a total weight capacity suitable for medium home gyms, supporting up to about 250–300 pounds distributed across slots and the bottom tray. The slot spacing and saddle size are calibrated for compact rubber hex dumbbells commonly used in domestic setups.

• Overall footprint: 18.4" L x 13.6" W x 36" H for space-efficient storage.
• Slot spacing: 3.8" between slots—ideal for 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 lb hex dumbbells.
• Suggested configuration: comfortably rack one pair per side for each listed weight.
• Rack weight: 17.3 lbs; tray size: 14.4" x 13.4" for extra storage.

What makes the bottom tray and wheels useful for home gyms?

The patent-pending bottom tray increases usable storage while acting as a stabilizer to reduce tipping. Integrated 360-degree swivel casters wrapped in PU allow quiet, smooth rolling even under load, and two lockable wheels secure the rack when stationary.

• Bottom tray doubles as storage for odd-shaped items or extra plates.
• Tray dimensions: 14.4" L x 13.4" W for smaller accessories or weights.
• Four PU-protected casters for durable, low-noise mobility.
• Two caster brakes keep the rack locked during workouts.

How easy is assembly and what maintenance is required?

Assembly is straightforward: ABS saddles are preassembled and the package includes tools and clear instructions so most users finish setup in under 20 minutes. The powder-coated finish reduces the need for maintenance; periodic checks of hardware and wheel condition keep the rack performing well.

• Preassembled ABS saddles reduce build time.
• All necessary hardware and tools included for quick assembly.
• Powder-coated steel resists rust—wipe down occasionally to remove dust and sweat.
• Inspect casters and brakes regularly for smooth operation.

Can this rack be moved outdoors or into different rooms?

Yes—the swivel casters are designed for quiet rolling across typical indoor surfaces and can handle brief moves outdoors on smooth paths. The lightweight frame (17.3 lbs) and compact size make it easy to relocate when rearranging a home gym or taking equipment outside for fresh-air workouts.

• 360° swivel wheels for easy positioning and transport.
• PU coating on wheels reduces floor scuffing and noise.
• Two brakes lock the rack when in use to prevent rolling.
• Compact dimensions fit through standard doorways and corner spaces.
