McDavid Knee Compression Sleeves — Extended-Length with 9mm Hex Padding, Moisture-Wicking (1 Pair)

McDavid Hex Knee Compression Sleeves are pull-on, extended-length compression sleeves with built-in 9mm Hex padding and moisture-wicking hDc technology for impact protection and daylong comfort.

Designed for athletes and active people who want extra knee coverage without bulky gear, these sleeves combine targeted padding with graduated compression and breathable fabric. The extended-leg design reduces scrapes and keeps the padding centered over the knee, while McDavid's hDc moisture management moves sweat away from skin so you stay dry during long practices, games or workouts.

How do these sleeves protect my knees during sport or training?

The 9mm Hex padding disperses impact across a larger surface instead of concentrating force on a single point, which lowers the sting from falls, collisions, or mat contact. The extended sleeve shields the skin above and below the kneecap from scrapes and turf burns.

• 9mm Hex foam across the kneecap for impact absorption
• Extended length protects shin and upper thigh from abrasions
• Non-slip fabric keeps padding aligned through movement

Will these sleeves help me stay comfortable and dry during long sessions?

Yes — McDavid's hDc Moisture Management Technology wicks sweat away from your skin and spreads moisture across the fabric to speed evaporation. The breathable knit reduces clamminess during high-intensity sets so you feel cooler between plays or reps.

• Lightweight breathable fabric increases airflow
• Moisture-wicking hDc moves sweat outward for faster drying
• Durable construction that tolerates repeated machine washing

How should I choose the right size and fit?

The sleeves are designed for a snug, compressive fit to deliver support and keep the padding in place. If your measurements sit at the very top of a listed size range, consider sizing up for comfort without losing the compression effect.

• Intended to fit tightly for optimal compression and support
• Extended leg length offers better alignment and coverage
• Non-chafing fabric for long-wear comfort under pads or alone

Can I use these sleeves for recovery or everyday support?

Absolutely — beyond impact sports, the sleeves offer mild compression and warmth that can ease stiffness and support muscles during rehab or daily activities. They also serve as a low-profile layer under knee pads or clothing when extra protection is needed.

• Useful for post-rehab, physical therapy, and light support
• Works under knee pads or alone for lifting, CrossFit, volleyball, basketball
• Machine washable and dryable for easy upkeep
