Osprey Waterproof Dry Sack 35L — Ultralight Rectangular Roll-Top, Blue

The Osprey Ultralight 35L Waterproof Dry Sack in Blue is a lightweight, rectangular roll-top dry bag that protects and organizes up to 35 liters of gear inside luggage or a backpack.

Designed to slip neatly into a pack or travel case, this dry sack combines low weight with a space-efficient rectangular profile so your clothes, electronics, or wet items sit flush against other gear. Built with waterproof-coated fabric, sealed seams, and a roll-top closure, it’s intended to keep splashes and rain from soaking the contents while remaining light enough for minimalist travel, commuting, or outdoor days.

How does the Ultralight 35L keep my gear dry in rainy or wet conditions?

The sack uses a roll-top closure and welded seams to shed water and prevent direct entry. It’s rated to IPX5 for protection against jets of water, meaning it resists heavy sprays but isn’t made for full submersion.

• Roll-top closure for a compact, watertight seal
• Waterproof-coated fabric and taped seams reduce leakage paths
• IPX5-rated — resists heavy splashes and rain

Will the rectangular shape really save space inside my backpack or suitcase?

The rectangular profile is engineered to align with flat surfaces inside packs and luggage, minimizing wasted voids and letting you stack items more efficiently. Compared with round dry bags, this shape fits better alongside shoes, books, or a sleeping pad.

• Boxy dimensions fit squarely against pack walls
• Simpler to compress and stack with other gear
• Works well for organizing clothing, electronics, or damp items

How durable and light is this dry sack for extended use?

The Ultralight 35L balances strength and minimal weight, making it suitable for frequent pack-ins and outs without significantly adding bulk. The fabric and seam construction are chosen to withstand abrasion typical of travel and outdoor use while keeping the item nearly featherweight.

• Featherlight at roughly 0.17 lb for easy carry
• Coated textile and reinforced seams improve longevity
• D-ring for hanging to dry or attaching to a pack

How can I use color and size options to organize different trips?

This dry sack is offered in multiple sizes and colors, so you can dedicate a hue or volume to particular categories like clothes, electronics, first-aid, or wet swimwear. Color-coding simplifies packing and speeds up access when you’re on the move.

• Available in five capacities to match trip needs
• Multiple colors allow quick visual sorting in a pack
• Standardized design makes swapping sizes fast and predictable
