ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat 36-Tile (13.4 m²) Grey — 1/2" EVA Interlocking Foam, Cushioned Non-Slip Surface

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch is a 36-tile interlocking EVA foam flooring system that delivers 144 square feet of cushioned, non-slip surface for home gyms, play areas, and multi-use rooms.

Built from dense EVA foam, these 24" x 24" tiles lock together for a stable, impact-absorbing floor that protects subfloors and creates a comfortable surface for bodyweight exercises, free weights, and children’s play. The set includes border pieces for a finished edge and resists moisture and noise, making it suitable for garages, basements, and fitness rooms. Each tile measures a half-inch at the highest texture point and the material contains no phthalates.

How does the mat protect floors and absorb impact?

The high-density EVA foam reduces point pressure from equipment and buffers falls or dropped weights, lowering the chance of surface damage. Its textured surface adds grip to prevent shifting during use while the half-inch thickness balances cushion and overall stability.

• 36 interlocking 24" x 24" tiles cover 144 sq ft
• ½" thickness at peak texture for shock absorption
• Textured finish improves traction during workouts
• Foam composition reduces noise and vibration transfer

How easy is assembly and maintenance?

Tiles snap together quickly without tools and can be disassembled for storage or rearrangement. The foam surface wipes clean with warm water and mild dish soap and air-dries fast, making upkeep straightforward for home use.

• Tool-free interlocking installation in minutes
• Lightweight tiles allow one-person handling
• Wipe clean with warm water and dish soap
• Foam may compress slightly under very heavy objects—reposition as needed

Will these tiles work under gym equipment and in play areas?

They are engineered to serve as a protective layer beneath cardio machines, weight benches, and free weights, as well as a cushioned play surface for kids. While a great alternative to thicker rubber, dense foam is best used on flat, hard floors for optimal performance and stability.

• Suitable under treadmills, ellipticals, benches, and free weights
• Comfortable for yoga, stretching, and bodyweight routines
• Safe, non-phthalate foam for household use
• Best results on level, solid substrates (concrete, tile, wood)

What configuration and finish options are included?

The bundle covers a large area and includes dedicated border pieces so the installation looks tidy and intentional without exposed puzzle edges. Color and texture may vary slightly by production batch, and multiple color choices allow coordination with room decor.

• 36 tiles measuring 24" x 24" each for 144 sq ft coverage
• Included end borders for a clean perimeter finish
• Available in multiple color options to match spaces
• Color/texture variation possible between batches

Who is this for: This ProsourceFit puzzle mat set is intended for homeowners building a dedicated workout area, parents creating a soft play surface, or renters seeking a removable protective floor option. It’s best for users who want a balance of cushioning, noise reduction, and easy upkeep without permanently altering the room. If you need thicker industrial rubber for heavy commercial weight racks, consider specialized commercial-grade flooring; for most residential gyms and playrooms, these EVA tiles provide an effective, affordable solution.
