Rawlings MACH Batting Helmet — Matte Dark Green Senior 6 7/8"–7 5/8" with IMPAX Foam & Venting

The Rawlings MACH batting helmet in matte dark green is a pro-inspired, NOCSAE-compliant senior helmet (6 7/8"–7 5/8") built with IMPAX foam for comfort, ventilation, and reliable plate coverage.

This helmet combines Rawlings’ professional styling and safety engineering into a lightweight shell designed for serious hitters. It uses IMPAX foam throughout the interior to help manage impact forces while keeping the fit comfortable for extended wear. The matte dark green finish gives a low-glare, modern look favored by players, and the Senior sizing covers most adult head measurements commonly used in high school, college, and adult leagues.

How does the MACH helmet protect a hitter at the plate?

The MACH helmet is built with an outer shell and a full interior lined with IMPAX foam to absorb and disperse impact energy. It meets the NOCSAE performance standard used across baseball, aligning with the same protective expectations as helmets seen in professional play.

• IMPAX foam lining for energy absorption and comfort
• Pro-style shell geometry to increase coverage around temples and back of head
• NOCSAE-compliant design for recognized safety performance

Will this helmet keep me cool during long at-bats and inning stretches?

Ventilation is an intentional part of the MACH design: routed vents and internal foam placement help channel airflow and reduce heat build-up. The combination of breathable interior materials and strategic vent locations helps keep players drier and more focused during extended play.

• Optimized vent openings for steady airflow
• IMPAX foam that balances protection with breathability
• Lightweight construction lowers fatigue during repeated wear

How does fit and sizing work for the Senior 6 7/8"–7 5/8" option?

The Senior size covers common adult head circumferences and provides a snug, game-ready fit that aligns with pro-style helmet geometry. Measure around the widest part of your head and choose this size if your hat size falls between 6 7/8" and 7 5/8" for a secure feel that stays in place during swinging and running.

• Senior sizing designed to match typical adult head dimensions
• Contoured interior for even pressure distribution and stability
• Works with most protective faceguards and ear flaps used in competitive play

What styling and practical features does the matte dark green MACH offer?

The matte finish reduces glare and creates a clean, professional appearance that suits team uniforms or personal preference. Beyond looks, the helmet’s sculpted profile and colorway maintain the pro-inspired aesthetic while hiding scuffs and wear from frequent use.

• Matte dark green exterior for low-glare, pro-style appearance
• Sleek lines that pair well with protective faceguards and team branding
• Durable finish that conceals everyday marks and scratches
