Retrospec Sedona Meditation Cushion Buckwheat Pillow, Adjustable Fill with 100% Cotton Cover and Carry Strap

The Retrospec Sedona Meditation Cushion is a buckwheat-filled, adjustable meditation pillow that supports posture and comfort for sitting, yoga, and everyday use.

Designed to cradle your hips and encourage an upright spine, the Sedona meditation cushion uses natural buckwheat hulls that conform to your body for personalized support. Its durable 100% cotton cover is machine washable and the interior zip lets you fine-tune firmness. A built-in carrying strap makes the cushion easy to move from a home practice space to a park bench or studio class.

How does the Sedona cushion improve comfort during meditation?

The buckwheat hull filling shifts to match your shape, offering targeted pressure relief and a stable base for sitting. Because the hulls don't compress like foam, the pillow maintains support throughout a session so you can focus on breath and posture rather than soreness.

• Natural buckwheat hulls that mold and redistribute weight
• Adjustable fill via inner zipper for softer or firmer feel
• Circular profile raises hips slightly to reduce knee and lower-back strain

Can I wash the Sedona cushion and keep it fresh?

The outer cover is made from 100% cotton and is machine washable, making after-practice cleanup easy. The buckwheat hulls remain dry and intact inside the inner liner—remove the hulls before washing the cover to protect the filling and maintain longevity.

• Removable outer cover with secure zipper closure
• Machine wash on gentle cycle; air dry to avoid shrinking
• Inner hull compartment keeps filling protected during cleaning

How adjustable is the pillow for different users or practices?

The Sedona pillow features an inner zippered compartment so you can add or remove buckwheat to reach your preferred firmness and height. That adaptability makes it suitable for cross-legged meditation, kneeling postures, or as additional seating support for everyday tasks.

• Easy-access inner zipper to customize hull volume
• Works for various sitting positions and body types
• Stable round shape for yoga, meditation, or casual seating

What makes this cushion eco-friendly and travel-friendly?

Filled with sustainable buckwheat hulls and covered in natural cotton, the Sedona cushion avoids synthetic foams and microplastics. Its stitched carrying strap keeps it portable, so you can take mindful comfort with you to classes, retreats, or outdoor sessions.

• Sustainable, biodegradable buckwheat hull filling
• 100% cotton cover reduces synthetic fibers and microplastics
• Sturdy handle for easy transport between locations
