Wristband Interactive Flag Football Wristband Inserts are a set of 32 offensive play cards formatted to fit standard wrist coaches and designed for 5v5–8v8, including 7v7 play.

These compact, laminated inserts put a clear, situational offensive playbook inside a player's or coach's wristband so teams can reference formations and player assignments at-a-glance during practice and games. Each play is diagrammed with routes, blocking or coverage responsibilities, and alignment notes to speed decision-making and reduce confusion on the field. Built for youth and recreational football, the set focuses on simple, repeatable concepts that translate across common small-sided formats like 7v7.

How do these inserts help younger or novice players learn their roles?

Will these inserts fit my wrist coach and withstand regular use?

Because they replace bulky paper playbooks at the sideline, they keep the team’s offensive reference compact and protected.

• Standard wristband insert dimensions for broad compatibility
• Durable, wipeable surface to resist wear and moisture
• Slim profile that doesn’t interfere with motion or comfort
• Easy to swap or reorganize as strategy evolves
