ZELUS 11.3 kg Weighted Vest for Running & Strength Training — Neoprene, Reflective Stripe, Cushioned Straps

ZELUS 25 lb weighted vest is a durable, adjustable training vest filled with iron sand to add stable resistance for running, bodyweight exercises, and strength conditioning.

This ZELUS workout vest combines rugged neoprene construction, cushioned shoulder straps, and a reflective safety stripe so you can train harder while staying comfortable and visible. The 25 lb model provides even weight distribution through iron sand fill, and the design includes front zipper pockets and a rear mesh pocket to carry essentials without bouncing. Built to withstand frequent sessions, the vest is tailored for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone adding progressive load to everyday movement.

How does the ZELUS vest feel when running or doing HIIT?

The vest is contoured to sit close to the torso, minimizing sway during dynamic movement. Cushioned shoulder straps and soft neoprene reduce rubbing so you can keep intensity high without chafing.

• Close-fitting profile reduces bounce during sprints and jumps
• Padded shoulders distribute pressure for longer sessions
• Reflective stripe improves visibility in low light
• Breathable back panel and rear mesh pocket enhance comfort

Can this vest handle heavy use and sweat?

The ZELUS vest is made from durable neoprene rubber fabric with reinforced double stitching and iron sand weights designed for repeated workouts. Materials resist wear from sweat and movement so the vest retains shape and function over time.

• Neoprene shell resists abrasion and stretching
• Double-stitched seams reduce tearing under load
• Iron sand fill holds even weight distribution session after session
• Quick-dry fabrics help manage moisture after intense training

How do I carry my phone and keys without them bouncing?

ZELUS built detachable front zipper pockets and a rear elastic-mesh pocket so small items stay secure and balanced. The front pockets zip closed to prevent items from shifting, while the rear pocket fits extras like a bandana or energy gel.

• Two detachable front zipper pockets for phone and keys
• Rear elastic-mesh pocket for lightweight items or sweaty gear
• Secure zip closures minimize noise and movement
• Balanced placement keeps center of gravity consistent

Is the weight distributed safely for strength training and bodyweight work?

The internal iron sand fill is evenly distributed across the vest to lower pressure points and reduce the risk of imbalance during squats, pull-ups, and push-ups. This balanced design helps maintain natural movement patterns under added load.

• Even fill prevents lopsided loading during lifts
• Design keeps weight close to the body for stability
• Adjustable elastic straps fine-tune fit for different body shapes
• Suitable for progressive overload or added cardio resistance

Who this is for: The ZELUS 25 lb weighted vest suits athletes, cross-training enthusiasts, runners wanting extra resistance, and gym-goers adding load to calisthenics or conditioning. It’s also useful for people building functional strength who need a durable, low-profile vest that carries essentials securely and improves visibility for outdoor workouts.
