What size trampoline is best for a toddler?

For children of roughly one to six, a mini trampoline of 0.9 m to 1.5 m (36 to 60 in) with a handlebar or a full net enclosure is the usual choice. It fits indoors, keeps bounces low and gives small children something to hold. Check the minimum and maximum ages and the user weight on each listing.

Can two children use a trampoline at once?

RoSPA advises one person at a time, because collisions and a lighter child being thrown off balance by a heavier bouncer are common causes of injury. A few indoor models are sold as two-person trampolines; even then, keep within the rated user weight and supervise closely.

Can I use a kids' trampoline indoors?

Many models in this range are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Indoors, put the trampoline on a flat floor away from furniture, radiators and doorways, and check the ceiling height with your child standing on the mat with arms raised. Rubber feet or suction feet stop the frame creeping across hard floors.

Do I need a safety net on a trampoline?

For young children and any garden trampoline above ground level, a net enclosure helps stop falls off the edge. Check the net is attached at the mat, not only to the frame, and that the entrance zips or clips shut. Replace worn pads and nets with matching spare parts.
