ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat 1/2-inch Black — 2.2 m² Interlocking High-Density EVA Cushioned Flooring

ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch is an interlocking high-density EVA foam floor system that creates a cushioned, non-slip 24 sq ft surface for workouts, equipment, and play areas.

This set of six 24" x 24" x 1/2" tiles snaps together to form a durable floor covering that reduces noise, protects subfloors, and offers a comfortable surface for bodyweight exercises and equipment. The tiles are made from dense EVA foam that resists water and most household messes, contains no phthalates, and installs in minutes without glue or tools. Border pieces are included for a finished edge so the assembled area looks neat in a home gym, garage, or playroom.

How does this mat protect my floor and equipment?

The ProsourceFit foam absorbs impact from dropped weights and foot traffic, shielding hardwood, tile, or concrete beneath. Its closed-cell construction resists moisture and prevents sweat or spills from soaking through, while the textured surface improves traction for machines and free weights.

• Impact-absorbing ½-inch high-density EVA foam reduces shock to flooring.
• Water-resistant and easy to wipe clean to prevent moisture damage.
• Textured top provides slip resistance for equipment feet and workout movement.
• Included borders create a smooth transition and protect tile edges.

Will it work for different workouts and home gym setups?

Yes — the mat is versatile enough for yoga, bodyweight routines, free weights, and cardio equipment. It offers enough cushion for floor exercises while remaining firm enough to support bench press racks, ellipticals, and compact treadmills when placed on a flat surface.

• Suitable for yoga, Pilates, stretching, push-ups, and core work.
• Supports light to moderate weight lifting and machine use on stable subfloors.
• Noise reduction benefits for impact activities in apartments or garages.
• Quick assembly allows reconfiguration as your home gym layout changes.

How easy is it to set up, clean, and store these tiles?

The interlocking edges let you assemble or disassemble the 24 sq ft layout in minutes without tools. For cleaning, a soft cloth with warm water and dish soap removes dirt and sweat; air drying preserves foam integrity. When you need space, the lightweight tiles stack flat for compact storage.

• Tool-free snap-together installation and simple disassembly.
• Wipe-clean maintenance: warm water, mild dish soap, and air dry.
• Lightweight tiles are portable and stackable for storage or relocation.
• Foam may compress slightly under heavy equipment; reposition tiles if needed.
