Srixon Soft Feel 14 Golf Balls — White, Low-Compression FastLayer Core, Soft Cover

Srixon Soft Feel 14 golf balls deliver a noticeably softer impact while keeping distance, spin control, and dependable durability for golfers with moderate swing speeds.

Updated for better feel and consistent ball flight, the Soft Feel 14 combines a low-compression FastLayer core with a thin, softer cover and a 338 Speed Dimple pattern. The result is a ball engineered to launch easily, hold approach shots, and provide softer chips and putts—without sacrificing straightforward distance off the tee. These characteristics make it a reliable everyday ball whether you’re practicing, playing casual rounds, or competing in club events.

How does the Soft Feel 14 create a softer sensation without losing distance?

The ball uses a FastLayer core that compresses more at slower swing speeds while still delivering energy transfer at impact, producing both a plush feel and strong ball speed. A thin, softer cover further enhances the tactile feedback on short game shots, while the dimple design promotes efficient aerodynamics for stable, long flights.

• FastLayer low-compression core optimized for moderate swing speeds
• Soft, thin cover for improved short-game touch
• 338 Speed Dimple pattern for reduced drag and steady lift

Will these balls help my approach shots and greenside control?

Yes—Soft Feel 14 offers increased greenside spin and a softer landing on chips and pitch shots thanks to the more compliant cover. Around the green you’ll notice crisper feedback and better control, which helps when dialing in distances and stopping the ball on elevated or receptive pins.

• Enhanced spin and feel on wedges and chips
• Softer cover material for more predictable stops on the green
• Consistent compression behavior for repeatable approach distances

How do these balls perform off the tee and in windy conditions?

The FastLayer core increases ball speed to support longer drives while the 338 dimple pattern manages airflow to maintain lift and reduce erratic movement in breezy conditions. The design balances reduced driver spin for roll-out distance with enough stability to hold fairways and reduce ballooning in crosswinds.

• High-energy core boosting initial ball speed off the driver
• Speed dimple pattern stabilizes flight and fights wind effects
• Lower driver spin for better roll and measurable distance gains

How long will Soft Feel 14 balls hold up during a season of play?

Srixon engineered the cover and core to retain performance over multiple rounds; the thin, resilient cover resists scuffs and maintains feel longer than entry-level balls. For regular recreational play, you should see strong performance across many rounds, offering a dependable value compared with premium tour balls.

• Durable cover maintains consistent spin and feel round after round
• Core integrity resists early performance degradation
• Affordable price helps maintain playstock without sacrificing quality
