Volvik Vimat Golf Balls — Yellow matte finish, soft 85-compression for visible, stable flight

The Volvik Vimat Golf Ball in yellow is a high-visibility, soft-feel golf ball engineered for stable flight, durable performance, and easier tracking on the course.

Brightly colored for instant visibility and finished with a matte surface, the Vimat blends a forgiving, responsive feel with construction geared to consistent distance and control. Built with a high-energy soft core, an ionomer cover, and a 332-dimple aerodynamic pattern, this ball is tuned to suit a broad range of swing speeds while holding up round after round.

How does the matte yellow finish help during play?

The matte finish reduces glare and makes the ball simpler to follow through launch, flight, and landing, especially in changing light. The vivid yellow stands out against grass, sand, and sky so you spend less time searching and more time playing.

• matte surface minimizes shine and reflections
• bright yellow color enhances visibility on the course
• designed for easy tracking from tee to green

What kind of feel and compression can I expect?

Vimat uses an 85 compression rating to deliver a noticeably softer feel than firmer touring balls, while still preserving energetic ball speed. That balance helps players with moderate to higher swing speeds find a forgiving touch around the green without giving up distance off the tee.

• soft-feel 85 compression for comfortable impact feedback
• high-energy soft core generates lively initial velocity
• responsive feel ideal for controlled short-game shots

How does the construction influence flight and durability?

The Vimat combines a durable ionomer cover with a 332-dimple aerodynamic pattern to produce stable, consistent ball flight and long-lasting performance. The cover resists scuffs and holds up through multiple rounds while the dimple geometry optimizes lift and reduces drag for predictable trajectories.

• durable ionomer cover resists wear and maintains playability
• 332-dimple design encourages stable, optimized flight
• construction tuned for consistent distance and control shot after shot

Will this ball suit my game if I have a moderate swing speed?

Yes—the combination of an energetic soft core and mid-range compression makes the Vimat suitable for many players, especially those seeking a comfortable feel without sacrificing distance. It’s designed to help players get reliable performance across tee shots, approach shots, and short-game situations.

• mid-compression design works well for a wide range of swing speeds
• soft core promotes better energy transfer for distance
• consistent behavior around greens supports scoring shots
