Vice Golf Pro Plus 2025 Golf Balls - Lime 4-Layer Cast Urethane for Greenside Spin & Control

The Vice Pro Plus (2025) in Lime is a four-layer, cast-urethane golf ball engineered to maximize greenside backspin and give skilled players precise shot control.

Built for players who prioritize spin and feel around the green, the Vice Pro Plus combines a high-spin mantle system with a soft urethane cover to deliver tight stopping power and reliable short-game responses. Its 336-dimple pattern and alignment aid make it easier to shape approaches and sink putts, while the bold lime finish improves visibility from the fairway and rough.

How does the Pro Plus improve greenside control?

The Pro Plus is tailored to produce high levels of backspin, especially on wedge and short-iron shots, which helps the ball check faster on the green. The cast urethane cover grips the clubface for cleaner contact and greater bite.

• Cast urethane cover enhances friction with irons and wedges
• Four-layer construction manages spin vs. distance trade-offs
• 336-dimple shell stabilizes flight into the wind
• Alignment aid assists accurate green-side setup

Will this ball suit my swing speed and ball flight demands?

Vice designed the Pro Plus for players with higher swing speeds who need efficient energy transfer for long shots while still controlling spin on shorter clubs. If you swing faster and like to shape shots, this ball offers a balance between distance and controllable spin.

• Player profile: optimized for higher swing speeds
• 4-layer design delivers layered spin control across clubs
• 336 dimples maintain stable trajectory in varied conditions
• Lime finish aids visual tracking and target alignment

What performance features help me putt and line up shots?

The Pro Plus includes a crisp alignment aid engineered to create a clear aiming reference for tee shots and putts. Its shape and tapering edges are intended to be easy to read on the turf, helping you visualize your intended line before stroking.

• Alignment graphic with tapered edges points toward target
• High-contrast lime color improves sighting on greens and fairways
• Consistent cover feel supports predictable roll and stop
• Textured cover contact improves putter-face engagement

How does construction affect on-course performance?

The 4-layer construction separates energy transfer and spin control functions across different strata, so long shots fly efficiently while short-game clubs generate the desired bite. The 336-dimple pattern is tuned for a penetrating flight and steady landing angle.

• Inner cores tuned for energy transfer and feel
• Mantle layers control spin generation and reduction where needed
• Cast urethane outer layer creates consistent greenside spin
• Dimple design balances carry and stopping behavior

Who is this for? The Vice Pro Plus (2025) Lime is intended for low- to mid-handicap players with above-average swing speeds who demand maximum control and spin on approach shots and around the green. If you value precise shot-shaping, strong backspin, and a noticeable alignment aid, this ball is tailored to your game. For casual players or those seeking ultra-long distance with minimal spin, a different model may better suit your priorities.
