Vice Golf Pro Plus Golf Balls — Gold 4-Piece Tour Ball for Distance, Spin & Soft Feel

Vice Pro Plus Golf Balls in Gold are premium 4-piece tour-level balls built for low-handicap players who want long drives, precise approach spin, and soft short-game feel.

Engineered for golfers who prioritize performance across all stages of a hole, the Vice Pro Plus Gold blends a thin cast urethane cover with a multi-layer core to produce impressive distance off the tee and enhanced spin around the green. The construction balances ball speed, control, and feel so skilled players can shape shots, stop approaches, and hold greens with confidence.

How do these balls help my tee shots go farther and straighter?

Vice Pro Plus uses a high-energy multilayer core that maximizes ball speed while maintaining a controlled launch profile. That combination delivers strong carry distance without sacrificing stability through the air.

• High-resilience inner core for increased ball speed.
• Optimized dimple pattern for reduced drag and tighter dispersion.
• Four-piece architecture to separate driver distance from short-game spin.

Will I get more spin and feel around the green?

The extra-thin cast urethane cover is tuned for grip on wedge faces, producing higher short-game spin and better stopping power on greens. You’ll also notice a softer feel on delicate pitches and chips compared with two-piece distance balls.

• Thin urethane cover for immediate response to grooves.
• Enhanced spin with wedges and short irons for tighter approach shots.
• Consistent feel that helps with distance control on finesse shots.

How does the Vice Pro Plus perform for skilled players who shape shots?

Tour-style players benefit from the ball’s predictable spin profile and responsive cover, which allow reliable shot-shaping and trajectory control. The multi-layer build separates spin rates between the long and short game, so you can swing freely off the tee yet maintain bite around the green.

• Layered construction creates different spin characteristics by club type.
• Consistent spin curves help with fades, draws, and controlled approaches.
• Durable cast urethane maintains performance through many rounds.

What should I expect in terms of durability and play life?

Cast urethane covers typically offer good abrasion resistance while keeping a soft feel; the Vice Pro Plus Gold is built to retain playability over multiple rounds. Normal wear will occur on rough surfaces, but the ball is designed to keep performance characteristics longer than economy designs.

• Cast urethane resists scuffs better than thin ionomer covers.
• Four-piece core structure preserves compression and speed.
• Stable performance through repeated strikes when cared for properly.

Who is this for? The Vice Pro Plus Golf Ball in Gold is aimed at low-handicap and advanced amateur golfers, single-digit players, and touring competitors who demand a premium feel, precision spin control, and reliable distance. If you prioritize short-game stopping power without giving up tee-shot length, these balls are engineered to support a performance-focused game.
